About Arc
Arc is a small CRM for people who run an agency.
It keeps your clients, what each one pays for, the work that repeats every week and month, and the extras they ask for. Your leads and your own to-do list live there too.
It's built by Matt, who runs a small web agency, for his own clients. If you run a handful of clients on monthly plans and keep the details in your head, a notes app and your inbox, it's built for you too.
Closed beta. Matt reviews each request, typically within a week.
One page per client
What they're on, what you do for them, and what they've asked for. Enough that someone covering for you would know what to do.
What they're on
The plan, the monthly price, and what it covers, in your own words. Add the dates that matter, like the deadline on an offer or the month the price goes up, and Arc puts them on your week from 60 days out.
The work that repeats
List what you do for them every week or every month. Arc turns each line into a to-do for the current week or month. Miss one and it stays on your list as overdue, even if the client never mentions it.
The extras they ask for
When a client asks for something on top, log it and say how it's billed: included in their plan, billable, or free. Arc won't save the request until you pick one, so nothing turns into free work by accident.
Leads come in the same door
Point a form on your site at Arc and every submission with an email address becomes a contact that remembers which form it came from. Send a broadcast to everyone with a tag, or set up a sequence that starts on its own. Email goes out through your own Resend account, from your own domain.
Finding the next client is work too. Keep it on a to-do list in Arc, and anything with a date shows up on your week next to the client work.
Your AI agent can run the lead side
Arc has a command line. An agent like Claude Code can set up forms, tag and move contacts, and send email for you, and you check the result in the dashboard.
Client tracking is in the dashboard only for now. The command line covers contacts, forms and email.
What Arc doesn't do
It doesn't send invoices or take payments. There's no timer or timesheet. Your clients don't get a login. Arc tells you a request is billable; you still send the bill from wherever you send bills.
Arc is in closed beta
It's free while it's in preview. Request access and Matt will get back to you, typically within a week.
